Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to rahmanef.com and to personal projects or applications operated by Rahman Fakhru when that project links to this page or identifies it as its terms of use. By using a covered service, you agree to these terms and the applicable privacy policy. If a project provides specific terms, those specific terms govern the feature or activity they describe.
Personal and experimental projects
Some projects are personal work, experiments, demos, prototypes, or tools that are still evolving. Features may change, be discontinued, move, or be unavailable at times. Not every project is intended to be a commercial service or a service with ongoing support.
Accounts and integrations
Some projects may provide accounts, Google Sign-In, Google OAuth, or other third-party integrations. You are responsible for protecting your account and for granting only permissions you understand. Google permissions are limited to the scopes shown on the consent screen; you can decline or revoke access through the project when available or through the relevant provider's account settings.
Acceptable use
Use the services lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other users. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or availability, abuse APIs, distribute malware, scrape in violation of technical or legal restrictions, impersonate others, or use the service for activity that infringes another party's rights.
Content and data you provide
You retain the rights you have in your content and data. By providing data needed for a feature, you grant a limited permission to process, store, display, or transmit that data only as needed to operate the feature, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use or share.
Intellectual property and open source
Rahman's original names, designs, writing, and materials remain protected by applicable rights. Projects may use libraries, assets, APIs, open-source software, or other third-party components that remain subject to their own licenses and terms. These terms do not transfer ownership of third-party software or materials to Rahman or to users.
Third-party services
Google, Convex, hosting, email, payment, social, and other connected providers may have their own terms and policies. Availability or changes in those services are outside a project's direct control. Using a third-party integration also requires you to comply with the provider's applicable terms.
Availability and changes
Services are provided based on available capabilities. There is no promise that a service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued for technical, security, maintenance, compliance, or project-direction reasons.
Privacy
Data processing for covered services is described in the Privacy Policy. A particular project may also provide an in-product privacy notice describing data and integrations specific to that feature.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available and without implied warranties of availability, fitness, or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Rahman is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use a service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended when necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, protection of other users, or discontinuation of a project. When a feature provides deletion or disconnect controls, you may use them according to that project's capabilities.
Changes to these terms and governing law
These terms may be updated when services or legal requirements change. The update date above identifies the latest published version. Unless applicable law or project-specific terms require otherwise, these general terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
