AI Agents & Business Automation

Connect applications and repetitive work without giving up control of data and decisions. Start with one useful workflow, not a promise to automate an entire business at once.

Rahman Fakhru · Jakarta, Indonesia

Who is this for?

For business owners, operations teams, and product teams looking for AI agent services, n8n consulting, workflow automation, or API integrations. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with remote collaboration and handover in Indonesian or English.

What we can scope together

Process mapping

Identify inputs, applications, decision owners, data permissions, and repeated steps. Decide whether ordinary automation is enough or an AI model adds a useful capability.

n8n workflows & integrations

Design data flows between applications using APIs, webhooks, or n8n where access permits. Include input validation, failure handling, and a manual fallback.

Agents with explicit boundaries

Connect a model to approved information sources and tools. Define permitted actions, output checks, and human approval before consequential actions.

Pilot & handover

Test agreed examples, document configuration and limitations, and prepare operating instructions. Hosting, model usage, and ongoing support are scoped separately.

Explore the work behind the service

These product case studies show design and implementation context. They are not client time-saving reports, uptime guarantees, or promises that every feature is included in a service engagement. Case studies retain their original language.

Content Alfa — context to approval

A content workflow connecting brand context, production, approval, and scheduling. Publishing decisions still need explicit boundaries and accountable owners.

From brief to evaluation

Choose one useful problem

Bring a sample task, the applications involved, permitted data, and the current bottleneck. Do not send credentials in the initial brief.

Agree scope & acceptance tests

Define expected outputs, integration boundaries, responsibilities, and both successful and failing examples before building the pilot.

Evaluate before expanding

Compare the pilot against the starting workflow. Continue, revise, or stop based on evidence rather than a requirement to put AI into every step.

How will value be measured?

Record time per task, corrections, workflow failures, model costs, and human intervention before and during the pilot. Publish savings only after measurement and the data owner's approval. This page does not claim measured client ROI.

Before we start

Does every workflow need AI?

No. Ordinary rules, API integrations, or n8n workflows can be more predictable. An AI model is considered when language, classification, or reasoning needs cannot be handled adequately with simpler rules.

Can an agent immediately change data or send messages?

Only within agreed permissions and scope. Consequential actions need human approval, logging, and a recovery path. Access to an application is not automatic authorization for all business data.

What does it cost and how long does it take?

A proposal follows a review of the workflow, API access, data quality, and acceptance criteria. Hosting, application subscriptions, AI model usage, and maintenance are separated from implementation fees.

Can we collaborate remotely or include team training?

Remote collaboration is available for discussion in Indonesian or English. Team training and documentation can be included in the agreed scope. Open learning material is also available in this site's Classroom.

Discuss your workflow

Describe the need, the current situation, and your intended outcome. Scope and a proposal follow a review of the brief.

AI Agents & Business Automation

Connect applications and repetitive work without giving up control of data and decisions. Start with one useful workflow, not a promise to automate an entire business at once.

AI Training & Team Workshops

Learn to use AI through real team tasks: write clearer instructions, check responses, and build a repeatable working habit. The starting point is your work, not a catalogue of tools or prompts.

Interior Design & 3D Visualisation

Turn spatial needs into design decisions people can understand. Layouts, material direction, and visualisation help compare options before work begins on site.
